Getting Started!

Hey Everyone,

Well this is my first venture into the blogging world but it looks as though it will be beneficial to getting the word out about what I believe to be the one of the greatest opportunities for people in Northwest Arkansas and that is community, content, and relationships through the small group ministry called Connection Groups at The Church at Pinnacle Hills. This is a passion that burns deep within me to see ALL of our people connected.

Acts 2:42-47 is our Biblical call to live a connected lifestyle

"And they devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers. And awe came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were being done through the apostles. And all who believed were together and had all things in common. And they were selling their possessions and belongings and distributing the proceeds to all, as any had need. And day by day, attending the temple together and breaking bread in their homes, they received their food with glad and generous hearts, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to their number day by day those who were being saved..." ESV

There are five purposes that as a people "doing life together" we should be committed to.

1. Studying God's Word (Discipleship)
2. Serving (Ministry)
3. Socializing (Fellowship)
4. Sharing God's message (Evangelism)
5. Living a life of obedience (Worship)

When we passionately follow the above then we will experience favor with people and the Lord will add to us those who are being saved day by day into His family. Well, I will write more later but that is a brief intro into CPH Life Together!

  1. My group experience is having family here in North West Arkansas. In our group there are those who have no family in this area, including us. Our group has become a family. We learn God's word together, we share and we depend on one another. We love our group!
